Mental health is a topic that affects everybody in different ways, but it can be difficult to talk about. That’s why our Project Talk initiative this February is dedicated to opening conversation around mindfulness and mental wellbeing at work.
Project TALK Live has invited a handful of influential speakers to talk about the different ways to nurture mindfulness and mental wellbeing in day to day work life. We’ll be opening conversation on nutrition, physical wellbeing, controlling your work-life balance, sleeping habits and successfully running your own company within health and wellbeing.

We’ve released new blog posts focusing boosting your wellness within the workplace. This is a topic that affects everyone, and we’d love to hear your own perspective, tips and insights. Our new blog page is a great platform to express yourselves, speak to a TWS team member to get your writing featured on our site.
12pm to 12.30pm in the ink bar - members only. Namaste! Yoga relieves stress and muscle tension, sharpens concentration and calms the nervous system. That’s why we’re inviting you to step away from your desk for half and hour and reset your body and your mind!
We’ll be hosting a program of events and activities all aimed at alleviating stress and encouraging a positive mental attitude. There’ll be yoga classes, book clubs, wellness discussions, guest speakers, pop-up food stalls and much more going on throughout the month.

EVERY TUES LUNCH FROM 12PM
Leave your packed lunch at home! Every Tuesday in February, we’re giving you a great excuse to socialise over some delicious food as the ink bar will be taken over from 12-2pm by a different pop-up food company.
We will be supporting several member-led clubs that will run throughout Project TALK month and beyond! From book clubs to running clubs, spend quality time with members you may not otherwise cross paths with.
Our local friends will be taking turns to host THIS Workspace’s breakfast club. Come together with other members to enjoy a delicious spread of breakfast goodies. Let the shared food and conversation fuel your day!
Project TALK is all about providing you with the opportunity to reach out and talk to people within your local community, so we have partnered with some local businesses and charities to help us do just that.
supporting local people with mental health challenges
We educate, challenge mental health stigma and inequality, and promote recovery by empowering individuals to develop resilience. Our support groups, counselling and accredited befriending service help people regain social skills.
