InfoSec People are a boutique cyber security recruiter based in Cheltenham. We pride ourselves on being experts in our fields and using ethical practices; as such, we can struggle to find the right people to join our team in Cheltenham.

When our paths crossed with Nick earlier this year, it was obvious that his experience and personality were an ideal fit, but since he was based happily in Bournemouth, we needed a workable solution to get him on board. Having known people who already used THIS Workspace, Nick recommended that we check it out and given the location, set up and value for money (even ignoring the free beer pump!), it was just a no brainer.

As a business we did have experience with remote working previously, with one of our recruiters based at home (but locally), a few part-timers and a handful of us working from home from time to time. We knew that having Nick so far away and on his own was a bit different to what we were used to and we definitely wanted him to feel like a part of the team. The way that the space is set up with lots of nooks and crannies means that there is always somewhere for Nick to dial in or video call for team meetings and training, and THIS are super accommodating when the team go down to visit!

Using THIS has allowed us to hire the best talent, regardless of their location and Nick is flying after just a few months in the business! In fact, it has been such a success that we are looking into expanding our team in Bournemouth and take a few more desks moving forwards!
